CHECK-IN & WIN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Entry is open to all guests who are staying at any Park Regis and Leisure Inn Hotels in Australia (except Park Regis Concierge Apartments) for the whole month of March 2021.

Guests are welcome to join the competition by checking in at the hotel’s Facebook page with a photo of their stay from March 01, 2021 until March 31, 2021.

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining a winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third-party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.

CHECK-IN with the following steps:
• Upload a photo on your Facebook wall
• Add location to your post and search for the hotel’s Facebook page
• Make sure your post is set to public so we can review your entry

Three (3) winners will win a complimentary overnight stay to any Park Regis & Leisure Inn hotel of their choice based on lead-in room type. Announcement of winners will be posted on the hotels’ Facebook pages on 4th April 2021. An email or/and Facebook message will be sent to notify the winners and will be asked of their hotel choice so the promoter can send the e-voucher.

The e-voucher is not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. It must be redeemed until the 31st of December 2021, subject to availability and blackout dates. Vouchers do not include airfares, transfers, food and beverage or additional hotel amenities.

No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to StayWell not to Facebook. The information you provide will be used for this competition and promotional posts of the hotel on its social media pages only.

The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.

Entrants into this competition shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
