Terms & Conditions

  • Guest stays will only be eligible for loyalty points provided they were booked directly with the StayWell.
  • Hotels outside of Australia are partners of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program but are not affiliated with other loyalty programs listed above.
  • Guests can only earn points on one loyalty program per stay.
  • Guests who stay 21 days or more on a discounted rate are not eligible to earn points on any of the above programs.
  • Note – hotels outside of Australia will award members 1,000 points per stay. A stay is considered to be any number of consecutive nights at the same hotel regardless of how often a guest checks in and out.
