StayWell Holdings announces further expansion into Indonesia

- StayWell Holding’s has announced further expansion in Jakarta – The Capital City of Indonesia – with the launch of Park Regis Menteng.
- This signifies StayWell Holdings continuous effort and commitment to expand the brand internationally, and specifically within Indonesia.
- This will be the first new build Park Regis-branded property in Jakarta, which will serve as a showcase for the new generation Park Regis design and concept.
- Park Regis Menteng is projected to be completed and open at the end of 2020.
StayWell Holdings have announced the launch of Park Regis Menteng in the prime location of Menteng, Jakarta. The property is positioned within close proximity to a range of short-term accommodation demand generators, including; corporate and government offices, public and private hospitals, industrial estate and major shopping centres.
Park Regis Menteng marks StayWell’s second foray into the Indonesian capital, as well as being the brand’s 26th Park Regis property globally, highlighting the intended growth strategy for the upscale brand.
Mr. Simon Wan, President and Director of StayWell Holdings said this new development will add to the organisation’s rapidly growing international portfolio and strengthen the brand’s offering in Indonesia.
“The official opening of Park Regis Menteng signifies StayWell Holdings’ commitment to expanding our diverse network of properties, and our portfolio of brands globally,” Mr Wan said.
“As the third StayWell Holdings property to open in Indonesia under the Park Regis brand, we expect Park Regis Menteng to match the success of Park Regis Arion in Jakarta and Park Regis Kuta in Bali, with Park Regis Seminyak (Bali) to open soon,” he said.
The Hotel features 126 well-appointed, modern guestrooms, an all-day-dining restaurant, four meeting rooms, and rooftop swimming pool, bar and gymnasium boasting unobstructed, sweeping views of the cityscape.
