One of the largest hotel management groups in the Asia Pacific, StayWell Holdings, is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Regional Sales and Marketing Executive – Australia to join the Head Office team.

Your role will be to assist the marketing objectives of the hotels by creating, developing and implementing marketing communications across websites, social media and email marketing. Work closely with the Global Revenue Generation team and the General Managers for our Australian hotels you will coordinate and implement a high-quality content calendar adhering to scheduling requirements and drive hotel offers, experiences and ever-green content for each region.

In addition, as our Regional Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing – Australia with contract handling, sales inquiries and must have a strong eye for detail and enjoys analysing and understanding numbers and data. You pride yourself on the ability to build relationships and assist the Australian hotel portfolio with your initiative, creative thinking and idea generation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling the Sales & Marketing administrative work for Australia to ensure the smooth running of the department.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly/weekly reports for the Director of Sales and Marketing – Australia.
  • Coordinate the content strategy for digital channels – social media, website and email marketing
  • Involvement in monthly paid marketing and paid social media meetings
  • Development of monthly email marketing communication
  • Research and develop marketing opportunities, understanding market trends
  • Manage and execute graphic design & creative requests
  • Cultivating relationships with general managers to ensure hotels are performing on digital marketing
  • Manage sales requests and inquiries where required and requested by the Director of Sales & Marketing – Australia
  • Coordinate and manage the contract platform Concord for Australian hotels
  • Analyse results of campaigns and make changes to outlast comp-set

Skills and experiences that help you:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a sales and marketing and/or similar role
  • Communication skills
  • Writing skills
  • Experience creating content & understanding digital performance
  • Demonstratable knowledge of social media channels such as Facebook
  • Experience in executing Email Marketing campaigns or one-time campaigns
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, WordPress
