Eric Hippolyte Appointed As Food & Beverage Director Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel, Dubai

Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel, Dubai part of the Australian-based, independently owned StayWell Hospitality Group (SWHG) is delighted to announce the appointment of Eric Hippolyte as the new Food & Beverage Director of their upcoming property in the Middle East.

Originally from France Mr. Hippolyte brings along with him more than 20 years of multicultural experience in restaurants and bars management. Prior to his joining; Mr. Hippolyte was the Food & Beverage Director at Grand Millennium Hotel, Dubai where he was involved in all pre-opening activities and operation as well creating a solid customer base by achieving high quality standard of  service delivery.

Prior to this Mr. Hippolyte has held numerous successful positions in a wide range of celebrated international properties and hotel chains like Le Royal Meridien, Inter-Continental and Sheraton in countries including Saudi Arabia, Sri-Lanka, Sultanate of Brunei, Malaysia, USA, France and finally the UAE.

In his new role at Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Dubai, Mr. Hippolyte will oversee all F&B activities and take initiatives in directing the hotel Food & Beverage team to provide the property’s valued guests with creative and satisfying dining experiences.
