Leisure Inn Hospitality Management Pty Ltd (LIHM) owner and operator of the Leisure Inn Hotels and Suites and Park Regis brands announced today new appointments and a reorganisation of the management structure.

The new management structure will strengthen the support and resources being provided to all the hotels under LIHM's management in operations, sales and marketing, asset management and accounting services. The Leisure Inn group has grown to a portfolio of 13 hotels and the size of its hotel network is expected to grow considerably over the next 12 months

The Leisure Inn new management structure includes the following changes:

• Steve Zhu will join as Group Financial Controller - a newly created role from 20 August, 2007. Steve is a CPA and is currently the Group Financial Controller for the Pacific International Hotel Group under the MFS Group;
• Stuart Crossman, currently Group Operations Manager at Leisure Inn, will be promoted to the position of Group Development and Asset Manager from 13 August, 2007. In this newly created role he will focus on securing new management and development contracts for the group as well as provide asset management for all hotels. Stuart will also look after the operations of the newly acquired Queensland properties until 31 December, 2007;
• Jason Dowd, currently the General Manager of Sydney's Park Regis Hotel, will be promoted to the position of Group Operations Manager as from 6 August, 2007;
• Michael Lobos, previously the General Manager of The Barclay Hotel in Kings Cross, has been appointed to the position of General Manager at the Park Regis Hotel;
• A Marketing Assistant will be appointed during August 2007 to provide support to the growing portfolio of Leisure Inn/Park Regis hotels

Leisure Inn Hotels and Suites Chief Executive Officer Simon Wan said the group's hotel network had grown to a point where its management infrastructure needed to adapt to the current and future expansion plan.
