"I stayed here for approximately 2 weeks whilst on business. I was really impressed with this hotel! The rooms are great, really massive and squeaky clean. Massive bath and shower with music pumping out whilst you bath. The maids do an excellent job of keeping the standards high.

The staff are always very polite and friendly and do well to cater for every need. I used the gym, swimming pool and roof terrace most days, roof terrace is amazing! Great views of the city sprawling out in fron of you whilst you enjoy a beer and swim in the sunshine!

Tried the restaurant on the ground floor 3 or 4 times (cant remember its name!) and it impressed. Had a few lightbites in the Grandstand Bar and watched all the matches from home, very nice. On our final night we tried the posh 19th floor restaurant which again was brilliant. Incredible evening views over the city, had some great food and wine!

I would recommend the Park Regis to anyone thinking of travelling to Dubai, you will not be dissapointed, I promise!"

"Was happy to see hotel pick up waiting at airport despite flight being late by two hours. The check in was smooth and rooms neat and clean... Nice band in the club on Mezannine floor with a relaxing atmosphere... Overall a pleasant experience and would like to stay again."

"My husband and I stayed here on our wedding night a couple of weeks ago (my parents also stayed) and I must say we were made to feel like royalty! I am so grateful to the management and staff at the Kris Kin and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone - special occasion or otherwise. We both live in Dubai and have a fair idea of some of the hotels on offer - and I must say that unlike some of its competitors, the Kris Kin has avoided pretention yet left the luxury element entirely intact.

It has great business and leisure facilities; not to mention the wonderful evening cocktails and breakfast. The view from the roof-top pool and the restaurant/lounge below is really spectacular...And it really didn't break the bank!"

"Spent 4 nights here last week and found comfortable, modern, well-equipped, good-size rooms. Good restaurants, including rooftop one with impressive views, and good sports bar on the ground floor. Our meeting rooms were well-set up and equipped.

Very convenient location in the centre of the city, a few minutes from the airport, near a Metro line, and across the road from a major shopping mall.

Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive.

I've made a few other business trips to Dubai and this is the best business hotel I've stayed in. Definitely recommended."

"This was my 4th trip to UAE (Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Kaimah & Dubai) and this time round we wanted a hotel with good travel links and based at an equal distance from everything (beach, malls, airport etc). I almost challenge you to find a better placed hotel at this price."

"I am lucky enough to stay in many different hotels around the world especially the UAE. This very new hotel simply ticks all the boxes. From the big smile as you check-in to the goodbye's as you leave, this is a super team of staff who go that extra mile to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The dining and entertainment options are so affordable and the Grandstand Sports bar is the best in Dubai.
The rooftop pool has awesome views of the city skyline and some nights they have a party and disco up there.
I challenge anyone not to feel spoilt and at home at this hotel and your bill at the end will not shock you as it offers some of the best meal deals in the UAE. Right in the heart of Bur Dubai and close to all you need to see.."
