Malinda - thank you so much for always being there. For keeping up with all our headaches and pain throughout the week while we were there. For printing, cocktail requirements, dinner menus... you were always there, even though you were busy rushing around with the organizing of other functions, you still managed to keep that smile on your face and assist me in making sure that my meeting went smoothly and there were no hiccups whatsoever. For arranging the transfers from the airport - hotel and return, which went smoothly. Thank you so very much for your ever enduring assistance.

Anthony P - thank you so much for making sure that the dinner went well. The set up was excellent. Wonderful food and great support from you and your team on ensuring that the dinner was ready at the time and that there was enough staff on stand by in case any of the Ministers needed anything.

Lastly, thank you Rachel for always accommodating my change in accommodation check in and check out times. For your reservations team for making booking and reservations easier for me to liaise with and organize with you when last minute changes came...

Please could you thank the front office staff for me - for making our stay a memorable one - Taya, Annie, April and Gilberto...Also please thank Fran and the other girl for always making sure that our morning and afternoon teas were always ready on time and set up was excellent."

"I celebrated my 30th birthday with a cocktail party at On Quay at Park Regis North Quay. Malinda, the functions co-ordinator, was a pleasure to deal with. Malinda was extremely helpful and amenable to my requests and suggestions, and ably managed an issue with an external provider. On the night, Anthony and his team were all smiles and did a very good job - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel kindly offered me a room upstairs to get changed in, which was a lovely gesture I wasn't expecting. They even helped out with acquiring a lamp for the caricaturist to use because I had forgotten to bring one. The food was fantastic and plentiful, and the team was able to accommodate my request for a few special touches regarding drinks, too... It was great to have the entire space in private, and being able to have my own music was a nice touch... I would definitely recommend On Quay at Park Regis for any function. The space is modern and roomy, the functions team is wonderful and there's a great view of the city and river from the front outdoor deck. A big thank you to Malinda, Anthony and the team for a stress free evening."
